It took about a month for them to get back to me after I applied. The first interview was remote, and the second one was in person. The Zoom interview included the whole hiring department, and the same went for the in-person interview.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was reached out to by a temp recruiter via email, then had a phone interview. The job title was misrepresented initially, seeming more tech-focused than the 'coordinator' title on the website. The first phone interviewer was 10 minutes late and admitted to taking a personal call just before. Then, there was another phone interview, followed by an in-person meeting with the person I'd report to. I didn't get an email with directions for the in-person, so I had to find the location myself. My attempts to call the provided number went unanswered, and when I finally found the office, my interviewer was late again, despite no prior notification. After touring the facilities, we discussed the program and hypothetical scenarios like 'What if this happened...'. I was expecting an update the following Monday, but the job was re-posted without any communication.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process can vary by department, but it often takes at least half a day, sometimes a full day. I think it's a bit long for the type of work we do and can be a waste of staff time and money. If you're interviewing, be ready to meet with many people and expect a tiring process.
