For this role, we need someone who understands the SET framework and can answer Irish questions within it. You should also know how to differentiate tasks to meet students' needs and have solid teaching experience with examples of lessons you've taught.

- How do you adapt tasks to better suit the needs of your students?
- Tell me about your teaching experience and any lessons you've delivered.
Primary School Teacher
The interview process was very straightforward, with basic questioning about classroom management, planning, and assessment approaches. There were three people on the interview panel, and the atmosphere was friendly. Responses are usually received within 48 hours.
- Can you tell me about your five-year career aspirations?
Primary Teacher
Had three interviews. The panel included the principal, another principal from the area, and a member of the BOM. It was an in-person interview, which I think is better than online. They had the standard application form and questions, but it's always good to bring copies of your application. The questions were mostly about ethos and experience.
- What do you know about the ET system and how could you contribute?
- Can you explain your understanding of the ET system and how you would make a contribution?
- Regarding the ET system, what are your thoughts on how you could contribute?
SNA
Applied using the standard form and a few weeks later, I got called for an interview. It was a panel interview with 3 interviewers. A week after, I was notified that I wasn't selected.
