Job Coach
The process was smooth and professional. It was designed to be fair and avoid discrimination. It was well done and I liked it. I felt like I was evaluated based on my merit and my capacity to make good decisions when under pressure.

Job Coach
I interviewed for a bilingual job coach position, and the interview was conducted in Welsh. I spent a lot of time preparing by studying the dictionary because it wasn't specified that my current level of Welsh wouldn't be sufficient for the role, even though my Welsh is generally good, this was a different level. This was my first interview in Welsh, and I tried to find companies that offered mock Welsh interviews, but I was unsuccessful. The interview panel consisted of two people; one interviewer had excellent Welsh, but the other had very broken Welsh, which made it hard to understand. DWP really needs to improve how they conduct Welsh interviews.

Job Coach
It was a two person interview. The woman was very unpleasant, and the man was friendly. The woman asked me to talk about my past, which I did. I had already passed an online test with a score of 95%, which is better than average, and I had previously worked there for 8 years. It took them 3 months to set up the interview and another month to give feedback. I feel like my time was wasted.
