The interview process involved two rounds. The first interview was great, the interviewer made me feel comfortable, asked good questions, and I thought it went well. The second interview was weird. The interviewer was late, didn't know who I was or what I was interviewing for, and hadn't read my resume. They started by asking if I had any questions, which I did, but I was aware of the time since it was only a 30-minute interview. After I asked my last question, they just ended the call. They also sounded high. It was very strange. I didn't get the job. The rejection email felt like a generic copy-paste message.

I was contacted by their HR department about a position, and came to interview rather quickly. Interviewed (with planner, account director and 3 ACDs) to work on one team, but a week later was contacted about interviewing to work on a different team based on my experience level. I then came in to interview with second team (prospective copywriting partner and Creative Director). I was told by HR they were interviewing other people as well, and they'd be in touch. Last contact I had with HR was about how they haven't gotten approval to hire yet.

I applied online and then waited about a month to hear back. After that, they reached out to set up a phone interview. I spoke with two people from the department I was interested in, and they were really nice and engaged. It felt like they genuinely cared about my responses. The questions were pretty standard, but they did ask about my favorite ad campaign and why. It was a plus if I mentioned one of their own campaigns. I had another similar phone interview a week later.

I first spoke with the recruiter who gave me the opportunity to interview for two different teams: one focused on new business and another on a well-established client. I went through the interview stages for both, but ultimately decided to pursue the client-facing role. This involved several one-on-one interviews with various team members, followed by a meeting with the account director, after which I received a job offer.
