I applied through LinkedIn and the recruiter contacted me. I had an interview with the recruiter, and was informed that the interview with the hiring manager would be on a specific date. On the interview day, I was contacted informing that the recruiter couldn't make it due to health issues and a new date would be communicated. After 6 days of studying, I found out through the website that I'm no longer under consideration. Where is the transparency in the process? I spent 5 days studying for the interview, including a holiday and weekend, and nothing... It's okay not to be a fit for the role, but be transparent in your processes, as it involves a lot in a candidate's life.

It was a pretty quick interview process, felt fair and they didn't try to trick me with any questions. The online test was tough, but the in-person interviews were pretty much what I expected. They asked about sales strategy, my experience, and how I think through tough problems.

I had an initial chat with a recruiter and was told I'd hear back in a couple weeks. To my surprise, less than 12 hours later, I was asked to pick between two times on the following Monday for a chat with the hiring manager. I said I couldn't do Monday and gave some general times for Tues-Fri. They then asked for a reason why I wasn't available?? After some back and forth, they grudgingly scheduled a different day. The interview itself was okay, but then I got an auto-rejection email with typos. The whole thing felt disorganized and the scheduling issues made me think I dodged a bullet.
