Behavioral Technical

It was a typical sales rep interview. They asked some questions, and then asked me to sell them on a product. I think it's a great company, but it wasn't the right time for me.

Behavioral Technical Other

The whole thing took about 2 months. Started with a recruiter call, then I had to do a personality test and a timed "riddle" test that was really hard, harder than any SAT, ACT or M-CATS questions I've ever seen. After that, I had a phone screen where we went over my background. Then, I had an in-person interview where I actually went out and co-travelled with one of their sales reps. I've got 8 years in the industry with a competitor, and I know their products, software integration, DICOM, Pan/Ceph integration, etc., plus I'm a top producer, so I figured I was a strong candidate. But, after all that, I spoke with some other reps and the compensation wasn't what they said it would be. Plus, everyone I talked to who works there really disliked the company and where it was headed after the Dentsply and Sirona merger. I'm also looking at jobs at Gendex and Instrumentarium that are offering way more money, so looking back, I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer here.
