So the interview process had 4 parts. First, a recruiter phone screen where they asked some stuff about Kion values, you just had to pick one and make something up. Then there was the hiring manager, which was just talking about previous experiences. After that, a take home test that had 3 questions: one in OOP Typescript, a cypher code challenge, and a simple one to count characters. Lastly, a simple live code where you had to fetch data from an API, loop through it, and print it out.

The interview process was good and took about a month or longer. The interviews were friendly. There were 4 rounds: a phone call, a take-home test, an in-person interview, and another test, followed by a phone call, and then a salary offer from HR. Good luck!

Behavioral Technical

Had a screening interview with the hiring manager first, then a behavioral interview with my supervisor. After that, there was a technical interview, but I was told I hadn't completed enough coursework for the role. Also, I mentioned I work best collaboratively, but they are looking for people who perform best independently.
