Mechanical Design Engineer
There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was with HR to go over the job description and understand more about the role and what I bring to the company. The second was a technical interview with the Team Lead and a Senior engineer about the role and what they do. The third was with the Hiring Manager.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
- Please answer technical questions pertinent to the job descriptions.

Mechanical Engineer
Since I had worked for this company about 10 years ago, and already had more than 15 years of experience as a manager of various engineering departments here, the interview process was not the standard "tell me about your experience" routine.
