A Demandforce recruiter reached out to me about the position. First, I had a phone interview with her, followed by a second phone interview. After that, I was invited to their SF office to meet with two people. During the in-person meeting, I spoke with the first person, who informed me I'd need to do a mock sales phone call. I wasn't prepared for this as the recruiter didn't mention it beforehand, possibly because she wasn't aware. The interviewer explained the sales scenario very quickly, giving me less than five minutes to think. This made me quite flustered, so definitely be ready for a mock sales call and you should be fine!

Had a phone screen with the recruiter first, it was pretty basic and easy. Then I went in-person and met with 3 different managers from various verticals. Each manager only talked to me for about 15 minutes. They all had really different ways of interviewing and different attitudes. To be honest, I felt like all three of them were way too arrogant, more than just confident. I really didn't get a good vibe from them. The interviews felt more like I was being interrogated instead of having a conversation.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and heard back in about a week. Then I had a phone screen with a recruiter or sales manager where they asked me some behavioral questions. They liked me and invited me for an onsite interview. They sent over all the info I needed to prep for the onsite. For the onsite, I had to do a cold call demo with another hiring manager. They mostly wanted to check out my phone presence and see if I could take direction.
