So first there was a phone interview with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the Direct Manager. After that, it was an onsite interview which involved meeting with the Recruiter, a Coworker, the Direct Manager, the VP of Sales, the CRO, and the Direct Manager again.

I went through interviews with the RVP, SVP, and the Frontline Manager. Then there was a presentation and a panel interview. Overall, it was a very direct and efficient process, more so than I've experienced recently. Everything was super clear and professional. The hiring manager actually let me do most of the talking and ask them questions during their interview.
