Behavioral

This was one of the worst recruiting experiences ever. My interview got canceled twice on the day it was supposed to happen, and they even emailed me using another candidate's name. In the end, they ghosted me. Even with all the last-minute changes, I was super flexible and cooperative. They even asked for an interview the same day, and I waited like they asked, only for it to be canceled again that same day. After the last interview, I sent three follow-up emails and heard nothing back. Is it really that hard to let a candidate know they didn't get the job, or at least give an update? If I had known it would be this unprofessional, I wouldn't have bothered applying.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process was pretty straightforward and clear. First, there was a quick call to get a sense of my background. Then, we dove into a technical chat where they really looked at my problem-solving skills and how much I knew about the field. After that, I had to do a practical assignment to check my hands-on abilities. The last part was all about seeing how I communicate, work with others, and if I'd be a good fit for the team culture. All in all, it felt like a fair and interesting process.

Behavioral Technical

So, I went through the interview process for the Senior Localization Coordinator at Deluxe. While some parts were good, the whole thing was pretty disappointing and could have been way better. One recruiter was really on top of things and nice, which was a plus. The interviewer I spoke with was also great, professional and kind, and I liked chatting with them. The interview was supposed to be 2:1, but on the day, they told me one person was on vacation. They didn't offer to reschedule, which felt a bit rude considering it was a senior role and I made time for an in-person interview. Then, radio silence for over two weeks after the interview. I had to chase them myself, and all I got was a super short rejection email with zero feedback. They even asked me again about another job I'd already turned down, which felt weird and like they weren't paying attention. I also did a test for a different job (QA Specialist), but haven't heard anything back about it. Overall, people were friendly, but the process felt disorganized and like they didn't really respect candidates' time, especially with the communication issues and lack of transparency. Also, the pay isn't great for the amount of work and how fast things move in this role. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend it unless you just need to get your foot in the door for future roles.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a phone screen with a technical recruiter. They asked me about my experience with the technologies mentioned in the job description, some behavioral questions, and my salary expectations. Then, I had a second interview with the hiring manager. This interview involved more specific technical questions about the tech stack and .Net/C#. I didn't make it to the next technical round, but the people I spoke with were really nice and easy to talk to. It seems like a great place to work.
