There were 2 rounds of interviews for this role. The questions were pretty easy sales questions. They asked me to use my past experience, and if I didn't have sales experience, to tailor my answers from past experiences where I used persuasion to get someone to buy more or upsell products.

It went pretty fast. I had a phone chat with the recruiter first. Then I chatted with HR not long after. It really didn't feel like an interview. She asked some typical questions like, "What is a moment in your career where you had to deal with a difficult situation and how did you handle it?" But mostly we just chatted. It was super chill and even though it was my first interview in ages, it wasn't nearly as scary as I remember.

The interview process was long. First, I had a few phone calls with the recruiter because I had some questions. She was great. She heard me out and called me back quickly with the answers I needed before we moved on. Then I had a more official in-person interview where I sat with two other great women and then I got to 'job shadow.' And naturally, the background check.
