I had a phone chat with a recruiter who was based in another state. They were really nice and the vibe was relaxed. They asked typical questions about my background and what I've done. I also got to ask them questions, and they explained the next steps in the hiring process, saying they'd be in touch regardless of the outcome.

The interview process was long and repetitive. Make sure you're truthful on your resume because they do conduct actual background and credit checks. I was initially offered the job, but it was rescinded because I misrepresented my employment history.
