Associate QA Engineer
The first part of the interview process involved an online coding challenge. After that, I'm not sure what they'll schedule, as they don't specify if it's a technical interview or not. In my case, they combined both a technical and an HR round into one session, and I was disqualified.
- What steps are involved in testing?
QA Engineer
The interview process had 4 interviews. It started with a panel technical interview that included an assessment. After that, there was another technical interview with the lead QA. Then, a final interview with the director. They asked the same questions repeatedly, and the whole process took nearly 2 months. It was strange that they still asked technical questions at the director level. They also asked about years of experience with a specific tool, which they should have already known from the resume and previous interviews. It was a huge waste of time and led to false hope for applicants. I hope their recruiting process changes to be better.
- Can you tell me how many years of experience you have using warehouse management systems?
Software QA Engineer
The hiring process involved three interviews: HR, a Panel interview, and two Director interviews (one from the Philippines and one from the U.S.). There was also a technical exam. The whole thing took about one month to wrap up.
- Can you tell me about the various types of testing?
- What testing methodologies are you familiar with?
- Could you explain some different testing techniques?
