Applied online. Got a message for the interview schedule but I was not available. They were generous enough to let me reschedule. I have waited for 4 hours before the interviewer arrived. The manager that conducted the interview was very informative about the company and the position they are offering. The other employees I had interaction with were very accommodating.

First, I had to fill out an information sheet and give my resume to the desk manager. After that, I went to the HR or IT manager for the interview. They don't do technical exams for interns, just for regular positions. My batch mate who was an intern there referred me.
