The interview process was really well defined and structured. It included a recruiter interview, a manager interview, a peer manager interview, and a final interview with a leader. They clearly set expectations from the start about the requirements, timing, and process, which was great.

Started with a quick 20-min chat with HR. Then, there was a 2-hour panel interview with two team members. Following that, another 2-hour panel interview with managers, where there were three interviewers. I have to say, one of the managers was really rude. They kept cutting me off while I was talking and rushing my answers. They didn't seem to respect my work experience and would disrespect interviewees if they didn't like them. Definitely an egotistical manager, but the two team leads were nice.
