The interview process was pretty smooth overall! I met with two managers on the same day and then got an offer within a week. It was a bit confusing because the person who extended the offer, I hadn't spoken to them at all during the interviews, so I wasn't sure who she was. But aside from that, it was a smooth process.

The interview process is pretty straightforward. It starts with a phone screen with corporate. Next, you'll have an onsite interview with the office manager. If they like you, they'll invite you to shadow a coordinator or account manager so you can ask more questions.

It was pretty straightforward. The interview mainly covered my previous recruiting experiences and the various services and solutions I've recruited for. I also talked about the different levels of contractors I've interviewed and how I adjusted my interview approach for each.
