I applied through Indeed and had a quick overview of the position details on the phone. However, during the in-person interview, the two hiring managers were discussing two different positions from the one I had applied for. It was a bit weird, but the positions sounded fine until they discussed the pay, which was extremely low for all the work required for the position. I never heard back, not even a courtesy no thanks. Very unprofessional.

It was a long interview process with many people involved, but in hindsight, it was a positive experience. The company was great at realizing that while I wasn't the right fit for a recruiting role, my interview performance indicated I'd be a good match for the company in a client relations specialist capacity. The training manager was a great help throughout. I agreed with their assessment, but they didn't have a client relations role open at the time, so they created one. This role became very successful, and they even hired another client relations specialist the following year.

I applied for this online through Glassdoor and they got right back to me right away with all kinds of offers but I didn't have any experience other than truck driving which they have that kind of work also but I was more interested in Elder Care and companion so I trained that their facility it was very clean very professional they train with a lot of different tools and applications if you're interested in a job definitely put in an application as soon as possible

The interview process is pretty straightforward. It starts with a phone screen with corporate. Next, you'll have an onsite interview with the office manager. If they like you, they'll invite you to shadow a coordinator or account manager so you can ask more questions.
