I'd say don't bother applying. You might get a quick call from a recruiter, but the next step is an essay about their culture (I think they mean culture...). It involves 5 core values, a mock sales pitch, and some activity. I stayed up late writing mine and gave it my best shot. After that, I got a final interview with two people that lasted almost two hours. Then they just ghosted me. It's really frustrating, especially after all the time spent on the assignment and taking time off for interviews. The ghosting is the worst part. Any company that can't even send a simple 'thanks but no thanks' isn't a place I'd want to work. Stay confident and keep looking elsewhere.

Had a phone interview with HR where they asked standard interview questions. They gave a great overview of the company's culture and mission. It gave a positive impression of the type of people they want to hire. I am glad to see they are not just looking for a body to fill a role, they are looking for the right fit for the company and the position.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process felt unprofessional. I had a couple of calls with HR, two different people. I also had to write an essay. Then, for the second HR interview, I had to interview with a sales department lead and prepare a sales pitch and presentation. I spent a few days preparing and rescheduled other things for the presentation and interview. But on the day of the interview, I was told it was cancelled because the position was filled. It's frustrating that a company would ask for so much preparation, like an essay and a presentation, and not even have the decency to tell me when they filled the position or consider me before making a decision after I'd already done all that work. Lesson learned... I won't be spending so much time preparing for interviews anymore, and I probably dodged a bullet by not working there.
