To be hired as a consultant you need to be hired by a client first. A recruiter contacted me and we had a screening call to talk about what I'm looking for in a job. At the end of our chat, we swapped my resume for a job description. After I confirmed I was still interested, the recruiter reformatted my resume to fit the Delta Capita standard. The client then got this updated resume. The client conducted a virtual interview, then an in-person interview, and an Excel skills test.

The interview process was really interesting and engaging. Instead of the typical timed, one-take video interviews common in graduate applications, you get to record a short video interview at your own pace. For the case study part, you even get to pick between two different case studies. Both of these made it simple to really show who you are and what you can do. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and happy to answer anything I asked. Overall, it was a really nice experience.
