Registered Nurse
I was a bit nervous at the start of the interview process, but it actually went pretty smoothly. The team was friendly, and the questions they asked were reasonable. I felt well-prepared, and all in all, I thought it was a good interview.
- What is your motivation for seeking employment at our hospital?
Registered Nurse
First, I chatted with the recruiter. They asked about my experience and my motivation for applying. Since I'm currently out of town, my unit interview was conducted virtually. The interview panel included the director and two nurses. They asked typical behavioral and clinical questions.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with a complaint from a patient or their family?
Registered Nurse
It was a panel interview with me and three other people applying for the same role. The head of the new grad program and four Nurse Managers led the interview. Each manager asked a question, and we answered in order down the row.
- Can you share where you attended school and which unit you're interested in working on?
- What inspired you to pursue a career in nursing?
- What motivated you to apply to Delray?
