First, there was an HR call. Then, I had to prepare a business case, which took about half a day. After that, I had a meeting with the manager, mainly to see if I'd fit into the team. Finally, there was a meeting with a partner, which was just a formality.

The interview process started with a theoretical discussion, but initial contact wasn't very strong, making it hard to be convinced to proceed toward an offer. A lot of the people involved speak Dutch, and if you don't, it becomes too complicated.

For the Tax Intern for Summer position, there's a 5 step process. First, you'll take a Versant test which is pretty straightforward, and then an Aptitude test. If you pass those, there are 3 more rounds: an HR round, followed by 2 Technical rounds. The HR round usually starts with introductions, questions about your resume, and your career path. The technical rounds are pretty basic, covering fundamental concepts in accounting, taxation, and general industry knowledge.
