First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Deloitte.
Business Analyst Intern
The whole interview process was ignored after I successfully passed the test. The test took me about 2 hours straight and 3 full working days of preparation. It was one of the most awful experiences I have ever had.

Business Analyst
So the interview process at Deloitte was pretty simple. First, I submitted an online application. Then I did an online assessment, which had situational and ability tests. After that, there was a job simulation where I had to do case studies and record video responses. The very last step was a competency-based interview. It was a pretty thorough process, and they seemed to care about both technical skills and if I would be a good fit for the company.

Business Analyst
I applied through LinkedIn, and after about a month, I got a call where they asked me some questions to get to know me. If they liked my answers, the HR team would contact me with a potential interview date. I missed that call, so an interview date was scheduled using a chatbot. It got rescheduled a couple of times, but I'm not sure why. The actual online interview was via Zoom with two interviewers. The process was pretty smooth overall, and the difficulty level felt medium. Even though the job was advertised as a Business Analyst, the interview focused a lot on consulting skills.
