The selection process was divided into several steps. It began with a get-to-know-you chat with HR, where they dug into my education, past work, and personal motivations. After that, I was invited for a technical interview, mostly about current IT technologies. This part included both theoretical questions and practical discussions on real-world use cases, focusing on evaluating the pros and cons of adopting certain tech solutions. Finally, I was given a final offer with contract details.

I had a half-hour online chat with a manager who seemed to ask for the impossible; she was distrustful and didn't make me feel comfortable. It was a group interview first, then a get-to-know-you, and then a theoretical one. It was a terrible experience, and the evaluation was unclear and unexpected from such an important company.

For a Senior role, the interview process usually includes a few structured steps to check technical skills and leadership potential. Then, there's usually a technical interview where they dive deep into my expertise and experience, asking how I've managed projects, tackled tough problems, or delivered value. Since it's a Senior role, they really focus on behavioral interviews, looking at leadership, communication, how I handle disagreements, and my decision-making process. Sometimes they'll throw in a business case to see how I think through problems in a real-world situation. The last part is typically with senior leaders, focusing on whether I'd fit into the company culture, my strategic thinking, and how I'd help the team or service line achieve its goals. After that, they do reference checks and extend an offer. It's a comprehensive process that tests not just technical abilities but also leadership, client management, and how well I'd align with the company's values.
