Delivery Lead
I went through a pretty long interview process. It seems like a common experience based on other reviews. After everything, they said they liked me but didn't have a project that fit me right now. This happened even though I followed up a bunch. The process had 4 stages: 1st was a phone screening, 2nd a basic competence interview with someone junior, 3rd a big case study I had 48 hours to prep for, and 4th a final interview with senior leaders. I thought the first three rounds went really well, but the last one surprised me. It was way more intense than I thought and asked a lot of behavioral/scenario questions that had already been covered. It also wasn't ideal having only one person in the final round, as it meant only one perspective was considered. Everyone was nice enough, but it was a lot of effort for an unclear result. I had to keep asking HR for updates throughout the whole thing.

after the resume review, there are three stages left. The first is a competency interview where you will be asked case questions. Then, you will have a case study presentation. Finally, there is an executive interview with one of the Directors.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your suitability for this role?

There was a quick chat about logistics, then a screening interview, followed by a work product interview. I think there was another stage after that, but I didn't get that far. It was pretty rough, honestly. After spending an entire weekend on the work product, the interviewer was super dismissive and acted like I was wasting their time. Really not cool how they treat potential hires. I never heard back about my application status after not making it to the next round. Whatever, probably for the best if that's how they treat people. Also, if a work product takes over an hour, you should pay for it. Otherwise, it's just exploiting people's time. Hope they unionize.
- I got to the take-home assessment stage. It was a pretty demanding assignment that took a whole weekend to finish, due on Monday.
