It was a really thorough process, they do a lot of research. First, a recruiter gives you a call to see if you're a good fit for the company and the role. Then, a sales manager talks to you for about 30 minutes to really check your sales knowledge and why you want this job. After that, five different sales folks interview you about culture, coachability, and your demo skills. If you pass that, they check two manager references and two peer references. Finally, they'll either give you an offer or reject you. It was a well-done, informative process, and even though it was virtual, Deliverr really made sure they found quality people.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process is a beast. The recruiter was pleasant but didn't seem very excited about Deliverr and its values. The next interview was with a team lead who was nice but was immediately put off by the sales process, potential troubleshooting of other systems, and hounding clients for orders. The third interview was planned to be 4 45-minute interviews and included pitching Deliverr their product. Unless you're unemployed, I don't see who has the time for this process.

It's a thorough time consuming process that is outlined well in the other posts here. Screening phone interview, department interview and then 3 rounds of video interviews. It's a big time investment but it must be working for them. I feel like they are growing fast but casting a very wide net on the sales side. Likely more rejections than hires (although I'm obviously biased due to the outcome.)
