Behavioral Technical

There were several online interviews. It began with a quick chat to see if I was a fit, followed by technical interviews with the engineering manager. The HR folks seemed unsure of what they needed, but the software team was clearly competent. They really focused on software testing.

The interview process has about 3 to 4 steps. First, you'll chat with a recruiter to see if your values align. If that goes well, you'll take an online test. Pass that, and you'll move on to a technical test. Nail that, and you'll have a final chat with the VP. If all goes well, you'll get an offer. It took longer than I thought, but they were super transparent and checked every detail. They really aim to make it fair for everyone.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The technical test involves building a small project from the ground up.
