Recruiter call, then a long wait without communication, followed by an interview with the Design lead, another long wait without communication, then a task, another long wait without communication, and finally a task presentation. They ghosted me between each step for like 3 weeks, without any transparency or communicating timelines. I got my rejection update with a template email that could be used in the resume screening step. When a candidate invests on a role and goes through the process to the very last step, normal companies try to provide candidate-specific feedback. This takes only 15 mins, but shows how the company cares about people, but this company clearly doesn't! I strongly recommend you to stay away from this company as far as you can.

Case Behavioral

I was contacted directly by a recruiter on LinkedIn. After an initial screening call, I went through 5 interviews with the CPO, president, and a product management consultant. They were all super nice, clear, and asked questions that made sense for the job. The whole thing felt really complete, and I always knew what was happening next.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was pretty thorough but organized. It took about three months, maybe a bit longer due to summer, but HR kept me in the loop and updated me regularly, which was great. It started with a chat with HR, then an online test. After that, I talked to the hiring manager who really dug into my past work and how it fit the role. The coolest part was the case study – like a skills demo. It was tough, but a good way to show how I think and solve problems. They asked me standard stuff like strengths and what drives me, plus more specific questions about my past experiences. It felt like they genuinely wanted to know me, not just check boxes. They also gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions, and they answered everything, making it feel like a real conversation. The interviewers were professional but also easy to talk to, which helped me be myself.
