The whole hiring process had a few parts, which they told me about upfront so I knew what to expect, and even gave me tips for each part. They gave me timelines and usually stuck to them, and everyone kept in touch. The interviewers made it feel pretty comfortable and were upfront about everything.

The interview process involved 3 interviews, all of which seemed to go well. They had to reschedule it once from their side. After the interviews were completed, they gave lots of compliments and said it would be a great fit. Then I got rejected by an automated response without any feedback or clarity.

I was first contacted by a recruiter about a role at Deliverect. After our chat, things moved fast. Before any offer or final talk, they asked for my ID and passport to check eligibility, which felt odd. Then, they gave me a big case study to do. Later, I went to their Toronto office for an in-person presentation. I got good feedback and thought things were moving forward. But then, silence. After I followed up a lot, they sent a vague message saying the hiring decision was postponed indefinitely. They took my personal info, made me do a long case study, and then ghosted me. It was unprofessional, and I heard this is normal for Deliverect. I wouldn't recommend them.
