The interview process involved a Recruiter, then a Director, followed by a Commercial Vice President, and finally a Vice President Field Sales. There were four rounds in total, including a Panel Disco. The entire process took about three to four weeks, and the start date was also a quick turnaround.

After applying online, I went through three interviews. The first was a 20-minute phone call with the recruiter. Then, I had a 30-minute Teams meeting with a current AE and their manager. The final interview was an hour long and included a 30-minute presentation to the same two people plus the SVP. The first two interviews felt rushed, not leaving much time for my questions after theirs. The final interview required me to prepare a presentation in less than a week based on minimal information, and I felt the SVP thought I misunderstood the brief even after seeking clarification. Even though I made it to the final two, I had to chase the recruiter for three weeks to find out they chose someone else with 'more PAM experience.' It's disappointing to have candidates invest so much time without receiving proper feedback.

The interview process took about two weeks. It began with a phone screen, followed by three interviews with different sales leaders. This whole experience was a waste of time, as many candidates were ghosted after putting in so much effort to prep and interview. It's pretty unprofessional.
