After the HR call, there were 3 rounds. The first round was a case study where we discussed different scenarios. The case study was about a product for a 3PL application. The second round was about a favorite application and what could be improved.

I applied online. The HR person called me up and took some general details. After that, they were silent for about 3 weeks before starting the process again. I then had two rounds of technical interviews where they really grilled me on my past experience and how I would lead a team.

This was one of the worst HR experiences I've had lately. The HR person on the initial screening sounded like they were doing me a huge favor. All interviews were via video call. After I passed the first round, the second round got rescheduled multiple times without checking my availability. When I mentioned I wasn't available, they said it was the only slot and I could take it or leave it, which forced me to reschedule my own office meetings. After round 2, they ghosted me completely. No updates on my status, calls went unanswered, and emails were ignored. It's frustrating when there's a lack of communication. Why can't they just clearly state the interview status? If rejected, just say so instead of ignoring candidates. Providing feedback on what went wrong and areas for improvement would be great, but at least inform us of the status. It's basic professionalism, and I wouldn't be upset if I were told I was rejected.
