First, you submit your CV and a cover letter online. Then, there's a phone interview, followed by an interview with HR. After that, you'll take an analytical test and a logical reasoning test. There's also a personality test. The next stage is a Management Game, where you'll simulate a store in small groups, represent a specific section, develop a strategy, negotiate, and create a commercial plan. Following that is a role-playing exercise: you'll be given a case from a recruitment company along with emails complaining about an employee. You'll then need to simulate a conversation with that employee to address the complaints. Finally, there's an interview with the district manager.
