I applied for the manager position and was quoted a salary of €3600, which I didn't find particularly competitive compared to others. They then proposed an Assistant Manager role with a salary simulation that I never received. I had to follow up myself after 10 days to see if there was any progress, and after that, I decided not to continue. There was a notable lack of seriousness and professionalism. I believe I was highly qualified regarding salary expectations but perhaps not in terms of company mindset. More clarity would have saved me time.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was highly professional, and they really checked all the necessary skills. The job description and company goals were very clear. The HR person knew a lot about the process and explained expectations well. The next interview was with mid-management, and the final one was with high-level executives. It was brief and to the point.
