The interview process was straightforward. However, after the call, I got an email where the employees were openly discussing not moving forward with my application due to a lack of experience for an entry-level internship. To make matters worse, I never received any update on my application, which it seems I was intentionally included on.

The interview mainly focuses on your experience and any training you've had. Having a graduate degree or units is a plus. Of course, industrial experience is preferred. You don't need to prepare too much, but you will need a lot of back stories to tell, like about your leadership skills, operational management, and research skills.

There were four interviews in total. The first was a casual chat with someone from HR. The second interview was with the Director of Talent, and it was all about behavioral questions. Then, I had an interview with the Supply Chain Director, who asked mostly about my resume, but also threw in some behavioral questions. The last interview was with the Chief Supply Chain Officer, and it was mainly to double-check everything the others had said. Everyone I talked to was really friendly, and the process wasn't too tough. It took a little over a month to complete.

The onsite interview involved meetings with HR, the hiring manager, and three other team members. Most meetings were an hour long and stayed on schedule. They introduced themselves and their roles, explaining how they interacted with the open position. Then they asked questions and allowed time for my questions. All questions seemed relevant to the role and my background. However, one interviewer didn't describe her role or title and didn't allow time for my questions. She seemed to have already made up her mind and was trying to make me uncomfortable or cause me to make a mistake. The rest of the interviewers were professional. The culture seemed very serious.
