Had a phone interview that was about 30 minutes long with 2-3 people. They gave a quick rundown of the project but not many details. They saved about 5-10 minutes for my questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview which was a group interview lasting about 2 hours. I met with 2 different groups of people, from QA to Dev teams, and even management. Everyone was dressed really casually, like in jeans and t-shirts.

Had an initial phone chat for about 30 minutes. Then went to a white board interview where I had to solve 4 engineering type questions. It's a good idea to brush up on your basic engineering principles, it helps to actually think about what they're asking.

So I got contacted by HR first and she set up a phone interview with the Test Manager for the following week. I spoke with the test manager who asked me basic resume questions and gave me a job description. HR emailed me two days later to set up an in person interview in New Hampshire. This interview had 4 test engineers and managers in a room asking questions. For the first 45 minutes it was typical interview questions. Then there was a whiteboard interview, with questions from basic physics to heat transfer. They walked me through some problems I had trouble with and gave me hints on how to think about them.
