The interview had 3 rounds. First, HR reached out, then there was a phone call with the team, and finally, an in-person technical interview with team members and management. Everyone was really nice and made things clear and comfortable.

I had a phone screen with HR, and then a month later I got an email to schedule the next steps. This long period is concerning because top candidates might accept other offers by then. It seems like they don't grasp how to attract top talent, and the disorganization and poor communication give a bad impression. Also, they use an Amazon video chat service and don't send calendar invites, which is unique and not ideal.

Applied on the website and then had a phone screening. Next was a virtual interview with the hiring manager on Teams. Then, the in-person interviews began with the hiring manager, followed by junior engineers. However, the interviews with the senior manufacturing team members were not good. They asked irrelevant questions and didn't seem to care about my resume or experience, with one even looking at their phone. At the end, one interviewer asked how I thought I did and said I should have prepared better for the future, which was alarming. The facility tour felt rushed. When I asked about next steps, the hiring manager mumbled and wished me well. The whole experience with the final two interviewers was unacceptable and unprofessional, especially after multiple stages of interviews.
