First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Deichmann.
Store Assistant
The interview was really bad, they bullied and humiliated me a lot and were laughing the whole time. They didn't even reply to emails properly. People should learn to respect everyone, even if they aren't going to hire them.
- What's your approach to dealing with upset customers?
Store Associate
First, you apply for the job on InfoJobs. Then, there's a phone interview where they ask about your CV details and tell you about working at the company. After the phone interview, you go to the store for a more personal interview. You'll do a math test and answer questions about whether you know the store, its history, and what it does. If you're selected, they'll call you in a few days.
- Do you know the history of Deichmann?

The interview process was very pleasant, dynamic, and the conditions were clear. The two ladies in charge were lovely and very nice. They gave us a lot of reassurance and confidence. Honestly, seeing it like this, even without having started working with the team yet, they gave me confidence.
- Tell me about yourself.
- Role-play selling accessories.
- Pair dynamics exercise.
