It was a nice experience. They asked me questions diligently, which made me feel comfortable. And it was easy for me since it was an entry-level position. Overall, a great experience talking to the interviewer. She also took enough time to answer my questions clearly and concisely.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online, which was kinda confusing cuz the job posting kept disappearing and reappearing. Then I got scheduled for an interview. On the interview day itself, it seemed like they were all over the place – my interviewer wasn't even there, and nobody else knew I was supposed to be interviewed. The interview itself wasn't super hard, and my interviewer skipped a few questions.

It was easy and simple - a phone screening first, and then an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty short, about 20-30 minutes, and they asked some basic technical questions along with questions about my experience. I thought the whole thing was pretty simple and straightforward, and quick too.

Behavioral Technical Other

First, you'll have a phone interview where they ask basic questions about your experience and what aseptic technique is. Then, there's an in-person interview with management (usually two people). After that, a short practical test where you'll watch someone perform a technique like basic pipetting and plating, and then you'll have to repeat it. Finally, you'll get a call back about whether you're hired, which could be soon or a couple of weeks later depending on the company's immediate needs.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you describe aseptic technique and provide examples of how you've applied it?
  • Would you be amenable to working overtime and some holidays, with two holiday choices based on availability and seniority?
  • What kind of lab experience do you possess?
