Vendedor Comercial
They talk to you about the role to fulfill. Expectations and schedules. They ask how much your desired salary is. The interview lasts about 20 min. The interview is on meet and there is a store manager and human resources.
- About my current job.
- Why do I want to work with them.
Inside Sales Representative
I got this interview through a recruiter I've worked with before. She set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager ended up calling me 40 minutes late, which was super unprofessional. He asked me really aggressive questions, trying to twist my words. It wasn't conversational at all. The whole thing only lasted 3 minutes before he said there was a mix-up in what they were looking for and that he'd be in touch. Then he just hung up. I haven't heard anything from him since. It was a total waste of my time researching the company. I bet it's a good company, but I definitely don't want to work there if that guy is a manager.
- You feel you learned enough at your previous job, hence you are interviewing here?
Sales Representative
I went to an open house style interview. Everyone was super friendly and inviting. I really enjoyed the process. There were people from different divisions there who answered any questions I had. It seems like a really great place to work.
- Can you tell me about someone you worked with whom you really liked?
- Describe an interaction you had with them.
