I saw the job posting on LinkedIn and they got back to me in 3 days for an interview. The whole thing was super easy. Their HR team is amazing and really talented! They were so nice and friendly, and I felt comfortable the whole time. They made sure I knew what was next and gave me tips on how to get ready. The interview was all about my past experience and what I can do. What I liked best was how fast they let me know what they thought.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Applied on LinkedIn and got an interview invite in 2-3 days. It was super fast and they kept me in the loop. First, I talked to HR, then I did an online assessment. A couple days after that, I had the final interview with the team leads. The whole thing was really quick and smooth. They asked stuff about my background and experience, nothing too tricky or that felt like an interrogation. The interviewers were nice, patient, and answered all my questions. The last interview had mock calls with two team leads, where I showed how I'd handle real situations.

Behavioral Technical Other

HR reached out by email to schedule a 30-minute interview. They mentioned it was a two-way street and to prepare questions. However, the interview was under 15 minutes and there was no time for questions, so they suggested emailing any further queries. Be aware that the salary might change based on your location. If you pass this, and have basic English skills, you'll do a home test. This involves recording a loom video about yourself and your goals for the role, plus some email exercises for customer support. I didn't pass this stage. The next step was a 1-hour interview, split into a 30-minute chat and a 30-minute phone customer support evaluation. After that, there's a final interview and then an offer. Good luck!
