Applied on Indeed, a recruiter from the company emailed me for a quick chat about the role, pay, and other details. It was short, under 10 mins. She then scheduled me for an in-person interview with the branch manager and VP of operations. They asked standard interview questions and said I'd hear back soon. Got a call the same day saying they wanted to move forward. Next step was a drug test (10 panel urine, at LabCorp, with a week to complete) and a background check. After the results came back (within hours of my test), I received the offer letter.

Behavioral

I applied and got a call back the same day for a phone interview. I was able to pick the date and time. They asked me several behavioral and situational questions, which were pretty easy. The phone interviewer then scheduled an in-person interview for a few days later. The office location was a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time to find it if you're going to Dayton. The in-person interviewer was super friendly and engaging, and I really enjoyed that part of the process. They asked me a lot about whether the job conditions, like pay, benefits, hours, and the job itself, would be okay with me. When I asked about the timeline for a decision, they said about a week. I haven't heard back yet, but I wanted to get this info down while the questions were still fresh in my mind.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved multiple steps. I met with several people. They were down to earth and professional. They laid out expectations upfront and I got to talk to experienced managers about the company and the position. The whole interview process could have been shorter.
