Technical Manager
Overall 3 Interviews. Recruiter call to discuss technical abilities followed by hiring manager and then HR manager.. The questions were apt and very discussion oriented for the role.. They have asked come to Goleta,CA for the Final interview and Offer..Had to turn it down due to the Pay range.
- How many years of experience do you have?
- What is your motivation for relocating?
- What are your first five actions upon being appointed to this role?
Manager
It was a really drawn-out process with several phone screens that felt pretty disorganized. For a place that said they desperately needed someone, they didn't seem to make hiring a priority. The onsite interview felt like the hiring manager wasn't really interested in being there. It was a full day onsite, focusing a lot on personality fit. Every interviewer asked the same basic questions. By lunchtime, I felt like I was wasting my time.
- Did you find the pace overwhelming today?
Assistant Manager
The interview process was long, but it only felt like 15 minutes. The interviewer asked some basic questions like why I was interested in Ugg, to tell him about myself, and about my last job. The manager seemed distracted by people walking by and couldn't make eye contact. I was told I'd hear back in a few days but haven't, and he hasn't returned my message.
- Can you rate your skills in operations?
- Can you rate your skills in visual merchandising?
- Can you rate your skills in customer service?
