We recruited on campus. First was a case interview question plus behavioral. Then I was invited to the second round in the office, which included 4-5 interviews. One was a lunch interview. The others were with a mix of people from the office. All were case plus behavioral.

After an initial on-campus interview, I was invited to the company's headquarters. There, I met with the entire consulting team for interviews. It was a unique experience to be interviewed not just by principals and VPs, but also by entry-level Associates who had graduated the same year and had only been working for a few months. This interview process helped me get to know everyone on the team and feel confident in accepting their offer. I also found it valuable to interview with different team members, as it allowed me to showcase different parts of my personality, skills, and abilities to various individuals.
