They reached out about my profile, and I had to do a 3-5 min video intro/interview within 2 weeks. Then, after like 4 months, they got back to me and asked for another group interview on a weekday. I'm not sure if there were more rounds because I had to pull out due to scheduling conflicts. The process wasn't exactly 'hard' because the questions were pretty direct, but it was definitely a hassle with barely any updates on the hiring status.

First, you'll need to submit a video explaining why you applied and sharing your favorite sport. Then, you'll join a group interview. Even though I didn't get the job, it was a great interview experience! It was enjoyable to meet the other candidates and participate in the team game and case study. The overall vibe was pretty relaxed. If you pass the case study, you'll move on to the final interview for the position.

Behavioral Presentation Technical Case

So, first thing was a 2-minute video intro where you had to talk about Decathlon, your favorite sports, and why you want this job. Then, they invited a bunch of us, like 20-30 people, for a recruitment day. We had to do a 6-minute presentation about a sport category, a business proposal, and some analysis, and about half of us got cut after that. Next, I had an interview with the Hiring Manager and an executive, where they asked about my understanding of sports categories and my interest. After that, another interview with a different team manager and executive, asking situational questions. Then, for 2-3 of us, it was down to meet the team and do some activities, a casual interview. By the end of the day, I got a call saying I passed to meet with the Director, but that was weeks later. Then they asked for references. Finally, there was a Supply Chain Test with about 18-20 questions, not too hard, covering calculations, logic, scenarios, and forecasting. It was kinda weird that the hiring manager handled the whole thing and not HR, but I guess it skipped a step. The whole process was quite long for a role that doesn't strictly need prior experience. Everything was okay until the very end. After going through so many rounds and even following up, it was disappointing not to get a reply after the last interaction. The job posting was still up even after the recruitment day, so I guess they're replacing people or expanding.
