They call you to talk and have a coffee. Just basic questions about your experience. Extremely relaxed. Although they asked if I could get there by bicycle, I understand they want to inspire sports practice to employees but cycling 20km back and forth is crazy.

Behavioral Presentation Other

The interview happens at the store with the manager or team leader and takes about 20 to 45 minutes. It usually starts with a quick intro to the brand and the job, then they ask about your availability, any past experience you have, and why you want to work in retail. You'll probably get asked behavioral questions like how you'd deal with a tough customer or juggle many things when it's busy. Some interviewers might also do short role-plays to see how you talk to customers and solve problems on the spot.

  • Can you describe your main strengths and any weaknesses you have?
  • What are your biggest strengths and what are your weaknesses?

Group Behavioral

Internal selection process. Interview happens, all info is given, there are group dynamics, it's very intuitive. The biggest problem is the feedback on your interview, they say they'll give feedback in a week, but it never happens, it's been over 40 days waiting for a negative or positive response, they are very bad at saying yes or no, people are hopeful about growing, about getting an opportunity, but the company that claims you can grow internally doesn't exist. Because they close the vacancy even before informing the participants.
