When I applied as a fresher, the interview process was new to me. It started with a fitness test, then a team game, and finally a personal interview. What was nice was that no documents were needed.

Went through 6 stages until 12 noon, with eliminations at each stage. Started with a physical endurance test, followed by a German drill, then a team sport, a group discussion, an aptitude test, and finally a personal interview. The first round was a bit rough, testing intensity. The second focused on perfection. The third assessed team spirit and leadership. The fourth required out-of-the-box thinking. The fifth was pure pre-practice. The last round evaluated your determination to get the job.

The interview process had group and panel rounds. It took a total of 8 hours for all candidates, with some time spent in the sun and some in the cold at night. The interviewers were very young, around 20-22 years old, which made me question their experience. The management, including store and sales managers, seemed inexperienced, and the head of the company didn't seem to have much control. They focused on trivial matters during the interview.
