The interview process had 5 rounds: a screening with an online video where I had to answer 3 questions, followed by a case study, a technical interview, and then a final round. Honestly, it felt way too long for just an internship position. It also wasn't very transparent, even though I made it to the final round.

Applied for an internship and after a good initial interview, I was given a case study assignment that took a lot of my time. I presented it in another interview, but then there was complete silence. It's not okay to waste a candidate's time like that and not give them an outcome, especially after asking for so much. I have another internship and I'm sure I'd be a good fit there. I won't be applying to Decathlon SG again. Candidates and their time should be respected. If you give a case study with a tight deadline, you should also provide an outcome quickly.

It's a 30-minute interview at their office, with a job description, usual questions about the applicant and quick language tests. They are very friendly and welcoming. Then you wait about a week before getting an answer.
