The first interview was quite short, around 20 minutes. They asked about my interest in the role, my past work experience, and my degree. They also talked about what the job entails. Then, I got invited for a second interview where I had to prepare a pitch for some senior employees. This interview involved more questions about my degree and how it applies to the job, my reasons for wanting to work at boohoo, why I'm interested in this particular role, and a self-assessment of my math skills on a scale of 1-10. They mentioned they'd be in touch early the next week, but that was two weeks ago and I'm still waiting to hear back.

It started with a phone call screening, where I talked about why I wanted the job, when I could start, and my background. Then, I went to their office in Manchester for another interview. There were three people there: one from HR and two from the actual team. It was pretty relaxed and casual, more like a chat. We went over my resume, my past university experiences and the reasons behind them, and my work history and how it fits the role.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview was pretty chill and informal, mostly just a conversation about my past work and why I'm interested in this company. Before that, I had to put together a pitch for influencer marketing, which I presented during the meeting. It was okay overall, but I got a really cliquey vibe from a lot of the staff. People didn't seem to enjoy their jobs much, which was a turn-off.
