It was a nice process, they asked some questions about me and my past experience. I could also ask them questions. It was a fun three round zoom interview process.

Behavioral Presentation

The HR rep reached out to me on LinkedIn, I didn't even apply. We had a 30-minute call. About three weeks later, I had a video interview with two team members. A couple of weeks after that, I got an assignment: create two pitch proposals. Then there was a final video interview to present them. Even though the presentation went well, I never heard back from anyone. It felt like a waste of time, especially when they ask for TWO presentations and don't even send a rejection email.

Behavioral Technical

First, I had a phone interview with HR where they asked me to introduce myself and elaborate on any standout points from my resume. The second interview was a Zoom call with three current Account Managers. Unfortunately, two of them seemed quite disengaged during the interview. I felt the interview went well overall and was told I'd hear back from HR. I followed up once and was assured I'd get an email with feedback. That never happened. I noticed someone in upper management viewed my LinkedIn profile, which I suspect might be the reason I didn't hear back, even though my LinkedIn matches my resume. It's puzzling, as perhaps I wasn't the 'look' they were after, considering the company's predominantly White and Asian workforce. I sent a final email requesting feedback for future reference, but received no response. I'm moving on and won't consider this company again.
