I submitted my application online in early June, and a friend had recommended Dealertrack to me. It took about two weeks to get the first call, but things picked up after that. I had two phone calls, then a video call with two managers. The last step was an overnight trip to Utah for the interview. It started with a brief intro, then a basic skills test, and finally a group interview with me and four other employees and managers. When I got home and woke up the next day, I got a job offer over the phone.

I applied online and then did a personality test and a solo video interview with 3 questions. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager.
